Founder perspective

Frank Brabec’s work has repeatedly required him to connect detailed workflow failures with the incentives, contracts, economics, governance structures, and leadership decisions around them. Surgemetry grew from that operating perspective.

His role in Surgemetry is to define the product problem, establish credible operational logic, interpret stakeholder needs, and preserve the connection between a metric and the decision it is meant to improve.

Commercial validation still depends on real buyer behavior: willingness to provide governed data, commit qualified staff time, test an operating response, and pay for a next step when the evidence is useful.
