This public website supports professional conversations. It is not a patient portal, clinical workflow, data transfer service, or emergency contact channel.

Information collected

If you submit the contact form, Surgemetry receives the name, work email, organization, role, selected topic, and message that you provide. Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, medical records, confidential hospital information, or data files.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to professional conversations, including pilot, product, academic, and business collaboration inquiries. It is not sold or used to make clinical decisions.

Form processing and delivery

The contact form is processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to Surgemetry’s designated business inbox. Netlify and the destination mailbox process the information required to receive, protect, and retain the message.

Retention

Inactive or declined inquiries are intended to be deleted from Netlify and the designated inbox within 12 months. Records connected to an active relationship, contractual requirement, or legal obligation may be retained as needed.

Analytics and technical data

Surgemetry uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not track individual visitors across sites. Analytics are not used for behavioral advertising, patient tracking, or clinical monitoring. The hosting platform may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the business contact channel and select “General business inquiry.” Do not include sensitive health information, hospital data, or confidential attachments in a privacy request.
